Classes and Instructors
Palm Beach Medical Career Institute Classes
General classroom time runs four hours a day from Monday to Thursday on
a three shift schedule depending on classroom sizes and availability. The
first session is from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, the second session is from 1:00
pm to 5:00pm and the third session runs from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm. Each one
hour session allows a ten minute break for effective teaching and learning.
Surgical Assistant classroom time runs five hours a day from Monday to Thursday on two shifts schedule depending on classroom sizes and availability. The first session is from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and the second session is from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Each one hour session allows a ten minute break for effective teaching and learning.
Every student is expected to attend all classes and greater than 20% absence from the classroom and laboratory may lead to failure of the course.
